The house is a recently renovated bungalow. The main entrance is through the basement being the perfect place to discard boots, shoes and wet weather gear. Upstairs the large living/dining/kitchen area is light and bright and offers spectacular unobstructed views down the waters of the east arm of Bonne Bay where sometimes whales can be spotted.
There are three bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to six people, one with a queen sized bed, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed and pull-out. The bathroom has a bath with shower. On the front of the house overlooking the community there is a large deck with picnic table.
Everything you might need for your stay is supplied in the way of linens, towels etc. and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and a microwave.
